GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION

 

 RESERVATION

Any reservation will be considered as firm and definitive in reception of your written confirmation accompanied with deposit. The deposit to be paid per room reserved is equal to the amount of one night and is not refundable.


 CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION

Any cancellation or modification must be confirmed in writing.
For any cancellation or modification, the total amount of deposit will be retained as compensation.

 SHORTENED STAY

For any interruption of stay before the departure date, the value of one night will be charged as compensation.


 NO PRESENTATION

In case of no presentation in the hotel on the date of arrival, the deposit will be retained in its entirety and the reservation will be canceled.


 ARRIVAL

Rooms are available from 15 hours. Thank you for preventing us in case of arrival after 21 hours. The rooms are available after 15 hours. We do not accept arrivals after 21:00.


 DEPARTURE

We thank you for releasing your room before 11 am.
